Location

The Raine & Horne 'Super Office' is located in the heart of Morphett Vale at 176 Main South Road and is owned and operated by husband and wife team, John and Jennifer Drabic. The building houses the three long-standing and reputable Raine & Horne franchises of Morphett Vale/Christies Beach, Reynella/Woodcroft & Brighton/Hallett Cove.

Morphett Vale is the largest suburb in the state with about 23,000 homes and more than 1000 businesses. It was the first major town south of Adelaide.

The neighbouring seaside suburb of Christies Beach is popular with beachgoers and photographers. It boasts a unique commercial strip running the entire length of Beach Road and offers one of the few remaining main road esplanades in the metropolitan area.

Reynella is situated close to a small local shopping precinct in Southgate Plaza and has been divided into three smaller suburbs of Reynella, Old Reynella (historic township) and Reynella East. One of the newest and beneficial additions to the Reynella area is the entrance/exit to the Southern Expressway, which offers an easy commute to city traffic.

Originally farming land and vineyards, Woodcroft has become one of the fastest developing suburbs in the south. It houses many facilities including the Woodcroft Town and Shopping Centre, Woodcroft Market Plaza, The Vines Golf Course, Woodcroft Tourist Park and Mount Hurtle Winery. There are two distinct areas in Woodcroft, the older area around Woodcroft Plaza and the newer high-class areas to the east of Sir James Hardy Way of Mt Hurtle Estate, Glenloth Estate and Woodcroft Farm.

Another coastal suburb is Hallett Cove, with adjoining suburbs of Marion, Trott Park and Sheidow Park. It now features the newly refurbished Hallett Cove Shopping Centre with underground car park, food court, major department store and two supermarkets. The Hallett Cove Conservation Park also features many Aboriginal artefacts, glacial ridges and significant geological structures.
