Moving in

When you find a property that you would like to purchase any offers you would like to make need to be made through the Vendors Agent. Many Purchasers are unsure if they should make their best offer upfront, or if they should make a lower offer and then be prepared to negotiate? If you decide to negotiate you can also be negotiating with other perspective buyers and the Vendor may accept another offer. Sometimes making your best offer upfront is the safest option and then you know that you have given the Vendors your best with no regrets.

The offers are communicated through the Vendors agent to the Vendor and an offer can be made orally or can be in a written form of a letter of offer to purchase which then needs to be signed by you as the Purchaser. Once all terms are agreed upon the Vendors Agent then draws up the contract of sale.
