We presently manage over 1000 properties on the Lower North Shore and are proud of our reputation with both owners and tenants in providing an exceptional property management service.

Our large team ensures that your property is managed in a way that maximizes your returns. It is our commitment to thoroughly check all references and employment history of each and every applicant for rental properties and to carry out regular inspections of the properties we manage.

We do! It is our chosen career. It is very time consuming to find a quality tenant for your investment property and to attend to the daily running and management of this investment. Not to mention keeping up to date with the constant and demanding changes in legislation.

Showing your Property to Prospective Tenants

‘Open for Inspections’ are held each Saturday to enable prospective tenants to view your property. We also conduct individual inspections by appointment during the week. Our office does not hand out keys to prospective tenants under any circumstance.

Finding the Right Tenant Completely

Applications are completed by prospective tenants and checked thoroughly by our Property Management staff. This check includes searching through Tenant Reference Australia, a registered database of past tenant histories.
