Raine and Horne have managed our property under a rental situation for some time now. Duncan continued to show interest in the property albeit his role is more sales directed.

Over time, Duncan fielded many enquiries from us concerning market movements and general sales information.

When finally decided to proceed with a sale, Duncan proposed a sales campaign prior to Spring to take advantage of the current Sydney housing market fluctuation. Listing the property at the leading edge of the Spring season was to hopefully place our property ahead of the full Spring campaigns.

2)Due to construction issues associated with all apartments within the complex, additional levies applied for programmed works. Duncan managed this difficult situation with a very professional approach methodical approach.

3)Whilst we were on holidays Duncan kept us well informed. Duncan’s telephone calls and emails provided us with a high level of knowledge of the sale process. It was not unusual for Duncan to ring whilst we were visiting renowned sites such as the Louvre Museum in Paris.

The apartment was extensively advertised. The issues of the higher levies proved a challenge for Duncan. However Duncan managed this situation in his stride and successfully attained a sale in our targeted price range. Well done!
