This full-time gig, bouncing between our Cooroy and Pomona offices, promises a rollercoaster of excitement as you steer the ship of our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Command the reception area like a boss, mingling with staff and clients alike
• Juggle phone calls and welcome visitors with a smile that could light up a room
• Team up with our property management and sales squads to keep the engines running smoothly
• Dive into property management, sales admin, and marketing tasks like a pro
• Keep the office shipshape by lending a hand wherever needed

Requirements:

• A Real Estate Registration Certificate to kickstart your journey with us
• Preferably some experience in reception/admin support, and a sprinkle of real estate knowledge wouldn't hurt
• Monday to Friday grind, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Remuneration:

• Based on experience, with a likely range of $46,800 - $55,000
