The Role
You'll step into the role with a tidy portfolio of your own. This is a full end-to-end management role, so you'll be responsible for everything from onboarding new tenants to finalising vacates — with systems and support from our leadership team to help you succeed.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just wait for new managements to fall into their lap — if you're the type to build relationships, follow up leads, and spot opportunities, you'll be rewarded.

Incentives are available for those who take initiative and help grow the rent roll.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the confidence to take ownership of their portfolio early on and play a key role in the continued success of our Property Management department.

You'll Need To Have:

• Minimum 2 years' residential property management experience

• Sound knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies Act & property legislation

• Confidence managing a rent roll independently

• High adaptability with PM systems (experience with Ailo a bonus, but not essential)

• Exceptional customer communication — clear, respectful, and calm

• Professional presentation suited to representing Raine & Horne

• A genuine team player who fits into our Raine & Horne Noosa Hinterland family

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate / Licence

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence

• Full working rights in Australia
