Raine & Horne North Lakes Family Fun Day Fundraiser

Rounding up a day of enthusiastic charity supporters last Saturday, proved to be a community success for the Raine & Horne North Lakes Family Fun Day Fundraiser. 

Starting off the day with the ever so popular Dr Seuss Cat in the Hat show performed by Awesome Possum on stage and having such an enthusiastic approach to the crowd with his games, magic shows and interactive moments, had the kids jumping for joy. With the rain clouds rolling in, Brett Campbell and his band had the kid’s army soldiering on in the elements, enjoying his music.

Plenty of entertainment included a climbing wall, jumping castles and petting zoo with the hype of their own auction, didn’t stop the community flowing into the event to peak at the excitement created.

A special thank you to all market stall holders and local business’ in the North Lakes area for their contribution and efforts on the day.  It is now understood the efforts by all, to make such an event so successful.   

The proceeds for the day are still being calculated and Raine & Horne North Lakes is still collating and counting the contributions yet to arrive. These donations will be supporting the three charities of choice including Marter Little Miracles, Children’s Health Foundation and the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital. Totals will be published once they are known.
