R&H Privacy Policy

This policy statement sets out the policies of Raine & Horne relating to personal information provided to us, or collected by us, through this internet site. Collection and storage of information about you

Information is directly collected from you by Raine & Horne at three locations only on this internet site:

Information you voluntarily provide to Raine & Horne Onsite Sales while using this internet site are maintained in server logs regarding visits made to this site. Most internet sites maintain such server logs, and Raine & Horne Onsite Sales analyses such logs in an effort to constantly improve the value of materials on the site. The server logs do not contain personally identifiable information and Raine & Horne does not make any attempt to link traffic information on the site with individuals who actually visit the site.

From time to time Raine & Horne Onsite Sales might 'break down' overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser). Raine & Horne Onsite Sales has implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of personally identifiable information from unauthorised access or improper use. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available.

All information that you submit to us on this site is transmitted directly to our internal database server. We take measures to protect this information while it is stored, including:

(a) Using a 'firewall' to protect our internal computer systems and your stored personal information. A 'firewall' is a barrier to unauthorised users to prevent access to our systems. Our firewall comprises a password system. 

(b) Monitoring system activity logs to identify unusual activity resulting from authorised and/or unauthorised individuals accessing our systems or making changes to stored information.

Raine & Horne Onsite Sales will not disclose any personal information without your consent unless:

(a) Such information must be provided to answer your queries submitted to this site or otherwise to provide you with a service that you have requested from us; or

If it is necessary to provide you with a service you have requested from us, we might need to provide your personal information to an overseas entity. If so, we will use reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that your personal information is not misused by the recipient.

When you register as a user of this you might be asked whether you want to receive any direct marketing information from Raine & Horne Onsite Sales. Correction and updating of your personal information 

You will note that each time you log into your Profile you are provided with the opportunity to update any record of personal information stored on our database.

Deletion of your personal information

If you want to completely delete any personal information you submit to Raine & Horne Onsite Sales, you may do so by contacting us at [email protected]. We will notify you on receipt of your request and will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete all such information from our database within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of your request. Please note that it might be impossible to delete all of your information without some residual records remaining on our computer system because of automatically generated backups and records of deletions.
