Collection and storage of information about you

Information is directly collected from you by Raine & Horne at three locations only on this internet site:

Information you voluntarily provide to Raine & Horne Onsite Sales while using this internet site are maintained in server logs regarding visits made to this site. Most internet sites maintain such server logs, and Raine & Horne Onsite Sales analyses such logs in an effort to constantly improve the value of materials on the site. The server logs do not contain personally identifiable information and Raine & Horne does not make any attempt to link traffic information on the site with individuals who actually visit the site.

From time to time Raine & Horne Onsite Sales might 'break down' overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser). Raine & Horne Onsite Sales will not disclose any personal information without your consent unless:

Deletion of your personal information

If you want to completely delete any personal information you submit to Raine & Horne Onsite Sales, you may do so by contacting us at [email protected]. We will notify you on receipt of your request and will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete all such information from our database within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of your request. Please note that it might be impossible to delete all of your information without some residual records remaining on our computer system because of automatically generated backups and records of deletions.
