I rented a unit after an open inspection and found the team was extremely helpful in terms of addressing my specific requirements on flooring, cooking gas etc. Signing the in moving signatures on the photos was pretty exhausting but it was done very professionally by R&H team. The property manager was very thorough in her approach. We also had to go through a phase of bathroom repair work and our concerns were adequately addressed. We had maintained the unit very well and could get our bond refunded in full. They were extremely helpful in advising us on the ways and means of getting the unit fully cleaned during the key handover. I would rate my experience with R&H very highly in terms of professionalism and work ethic
