2 well built tracks access the hydro and creek from the home, these are well built permanent rock paved pathways allowing easy access back and forth.

THE WATER – Water is straight from the creek, no tanks here, just a permanent supply of pressured water straight from nature. Inline filtration is installed. A pressure pump is set up and can be turned on if you want added pressure. The water is so pure and as a Daintree resident for over 20 years I have drank Daintree creek water the whole time without incident.

THE POWER – A 12 volt battery bank is installed with both solar and Hydro electric charging sources. A near new Victron inverter (used by the Australian Navy) and brand new regulators for both the solar and hydro.

This system provides both 12 volt and 240 volt power to the home.
