With over 23 years of experience in residential property management, Sandie has confidently stepped into our Team, bringing with her a deep understanding of client needs, market knowledge, and a lifelong passion for the industry.

Real estate truly runs in her blood. She grew up immersed in the business, quite literally, spending her childhood in the back of the original (and first) Raine & Horne office in Ballina, watching her father run the business and absorbed the values and work ethic that still guide her today. That early exposure sparked a love for the industry which has only grown stronger over the decades.

Now a proud Mother of four, "Mummah" to five grandchildren, and two energetic fur babies, she brings warmth, energy, and an unmistakable presence to the team. Known as the loudest (and most loved) voice in the office, she fits in like a glove bringing warmth, energy, and authenticity to every interaction.

This next chapter is also a homecoming of sorts. Having previously worked alongside Graeme Garrett and Luke Horton at the Raine & Horne House in Port Macquarie, she’s thrilled to reunite with old colleagues and join the expanded, dynamic team, more than a decade later.
