Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a fan. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and the laundry has a top loading washing machine and a toilet. The property is fully fenced and there is a single carport with plenty of room for the boat.

OUTSIDE ONLY Pets are acceptable. If you do bring your pet a fee of $100 is charged to cover a flea treatment of the premises after your departure.

No smoking is permitted in the property.

Pillows and blankets/quilts are supplied, you must supply your own towels and linen.

NB: Price per week is based on OFF PEAK prices.
