The Senior Property Manager and Licensee In Charge, here at Raine & Horne City Living, she has been suitably recognised for her ongoing standards of excellence with a fantastic line-up of awards including The Chairman's Award for Outstanding Property Management Team in 2007 and The Chairman's Award for Outstanding Property Manager for the last 6 years running.   

Carol has been servicing the Jackson’s Landing area pretty much from the beginning of Construction – she knows every Strata Agent and Building Manager and has established close knit relationships with key contacts you would want your Property Manager when it comes to managing your investment property.

Always up for a challenge, Carol made the bold moving of studying abroad when she was 17 years old. Initially working in Hong Kong in the commercial sector, she then went on to specialise in prestige residential leasing and building management for global developer Savills, later progressing to MICM in Melbourne, where she managed a vast portfolio of over 300 properties.

A property owner herself, Carol has an intrinsic knowledge and understanding of both sides of the market. This position gives her incredible insights not just in the special needs of both landlords and tenants, but also the immense gravity of hiring a Property Manager who treats your property as their own.

Carol also happens to be a lady of many talents. She is multilingual, speaking both Cantonese & Mandarin, holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, is a Justice of the Peace, and a licensed Real Estate Agent.

She is a committed leader and manager, who continually motivates the property management team to new heights, resulting in an accolade of awards for their efforts.

When she’s not strategising a successful property marketing campaign or fine-tuning the team’s already high level of customer service, you’ll find Carol spending quality time with her little boy, catching up with family and friends, or indulging in one of her favourite creamy lattes.
