Raine & Horne launches strategic office in Ingleburn

Media release

Ingleburn, NSW (30 November 2017) Leading property group Raine & Horne has reinforced its commitment to south western Sydney with the launch of an office in Ingleburn.

Raine & Horne Ingleburn will be led by Abu Walid Ratul and MD Rajibul Islam, who are co-owners of mortgage broking firm Mortgage Plus, which services the Ingleburn area.

“We opened our first franchise office in south west Sydney in 1976 and over the last 40 years have built a massive brand presence in this rapidly growing region with offices in Liverpool, Blacktown, Narellan, Campbelltown and Ingleburn,” said Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne.

Today, there are more than 300 Raine & Horne offices nationally, with a presence in every capital city and many major population centres. The brand has expanded into Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific Rim.

Mr Raine is excited about the prospects of working with Mr Ratul and Mr Islam.

“Abu and MD are very sharp operators who are very familiar with real estate processes through their work as mortgage brokers,” said Mr Raine.

“They have built a very large and loyal client base in the Ingleburn area and have employed a crack sales team to ensure Raine & Horne Ingleburn hits the ground running.

“In fact, even before launching on 1 December, the business secured 12 listings through its existing client database.”

Raine & Horne Ingleburn will service Ingleburn, Campbelltown, Minto, Macquarie Field and Glenfield.

“We are generating a lot of leads and it will help us win appraisals and listings by having a major real estate brand such as Raine & Horne supporting us,” said Mr Ratul.

“We were approached by other real estate group. However, we were bowled over by the support we got from Raine & Horne Business Support and Development Manager Josh Kersten. And now we are in the Raine & Horne business.

“Josh is very helpful and honest. Whenever I need something he delivers. Our sales team is very excited about working with Josh.”

Raine & Horne’s marketing has impressed Mr Ratul.

“Raine & Horne’s marketing is second to none and the tools they are providing to us to win appraisals and listings will put us in front of the competition in Ingleburn,” said Mr Ratul.

Price affordability will drive the Ingleburn market in 2018, noted Mr Ratul.

“If you are looking for a first home or to shift from a small apartment to a house, it’s still possible to pay $650,000 for a three-bedroom house on a 600-square metre block in Ingleburn,” said Mr Ratul.

“In nearby Minto, you’ll pay $800,000 - $850,000 for a house with three bedrooms.”

Raine & Horne Ingleburn opens on 1 December 2017 and is located at 8/3 Oxford Road, Ingleburn. For all your sales and property management needs in Ingleburn and surrounding suburbs, contact Raine & Horne Ingleburn on (02) 9567 2927.
