My career in real estate first started over 15 years ago in property management and from this starting point, I realised my niche was within the real estate sector and there would be no turning back.

I believe that I had found my ‘calling’ and I therefore remained focused and dedicated to specialising in this particular area of real estate, striving consistently over this time to provide excellence across all facets of property investment management, including senior roles.

I have devoted my career to perfecting the way in which investment properties are managed, to produce the very best result for every landlord. With the technology available today and a hands on approach, managing investment property can be done efficiently and effectively and it should be an extremely rewarding experience for an owner every time.

I firmly believe that managing investment property is one of the most important and privileged roles that an individual can undertake for another person. There must be a very high level of commitment, an unwavering dedication to the task at hand and consistent communication, transparency and trust.

I strive to ensure that I am equipped at all times to minimise any potential financial loss, or risk for every client whilst maximising every opportunity to increase the return on their investment. My objective is to also maintain the market value of the client’s asset now and into the future.

My determination to make a difference in this industry and to do things right the first time has resulted in the ongoing implementation of systems, procedures and structural processes, solely conducive to property investment management. In doing so, and continuing to evolve with the market, economy and location of each property, the desired result has been successful; to create and maintain a trusting and a reliable relationship between landlord and the property manager. 

My role at Raine & Horne Redland Bay is to accept the challenges that are a part of our industry and property management and to protect each client and their nest egg, to the very best of my ability. In alignment with ensuring that each client and their investment property is in safe hands, is to ensure that each tenant feels equally as important and respected.

The priority for me, has been and will always be, to excel in customer service and to consistently provide a level of up to date and accurate knowledge and advice, extensive experience and solutions.
