    OWNER’S THOUGHTS:

    I love the peace and quiet and privacy my home provides.

    Breakfast on the sunny back patio, listening to the birds, coming home in the evening for a swim in the pool and watching the sun go down are the things I will miss most about this property.

    I will also miss the fantastic night sky, filled with so many visible stars, it really is a special spot.

    It was a wonderful home when our kids were growing up and as teenagers they had the privacy of their own end of the house, as did we!

    I love the fact the house stays so cool as we designed it to capture the breezes.

    I personally designed the layout of this house and I have loved living here, it is really built for purpose in so many ways.
