SALES STARTING TO TAKE OFF

The local proerty market has started it's recovery as indicated a while ago with the reduction in the number of rental properties available. This week shows the continuation of the improvement in the sales market. As shown in the figures below from REIWA the Rockingham LGA is well reoresented in the areas where people are buying.
