USING THE TENANT APP!

Hello All Raine & Horne Roma Tenants, 

As part of our ongoing management of your tenancy we require all maintenance requests in accordance with the Standard Terms 32 and 44 of the General Tenancy Agreement (Form 18a) to be provided in writing.

To assist in the ease of reporting maintenance our agency recently upgraded our software to manage your tenancy to an application called Console Cloud. You have received an invitation from us to download the Console Tenant app. If you need us to send you another invitation please let us know!

This app is optional, but it will let you get more insight into your tenancy agreement, by allowing you to:

  • See your tenancy details at any time, including where your rent is paid up to
  • Sign up to Console Pay direct debit rent payments from your phone or device
  • Raise maintenance requests and send them with photos to your property manager
  • Download payment receipts as PDFs
  • You may also be eligible to complete a routine self-inspection of your property from your device if you are in lockdown conditions, or are otherwise at high risk of infection from COVID-19.
