About Events in Roma

The Maranoa District boasts many local tourist attractions including the Big Rig and Oil and Gas Museum, and Roma Saleyards. To the north of the town is Carnarvon Gorge in Carnarvon National Park and to the west of town is Mitchell and the Mitchell Spa.

 With a diverse program of festivals and events ranging from food and cultural festivals, sporting and equine events, including our famous country race meetings and Easter in the Country, all tastes and interests are indulged.
