Adam King Director & Office in Effective Control
Bringing a unique skillset to southern peninsula real estate
Few real estate advisors are as well equipped with such an incredible array of knowledge and experience as Adam King, whose background in small business development and his deep connection with the peninsula has proved to be the right ingredients for outstanding real estate results.
The proud director of Raine and Horne’s Rosebud super agency, he incorporated Raine and Horne with one of Rosebud’s longest established agencies David Short Real Estate in 2015 and then later with Harcourts Rosebud and Hendersons Real Estate in 2016.
Together with a vast bank of local knowledge and Raine and Horne’s wide spread and highly recognised Australasian and international connections, he heads an agency that enjoys extensive market share and stream-lined service techniques.
With a rich background working for a Federal Government organisation in business development for 11 years, Adam worked at many and varied offices around Melbourne building market share and developing their services.
He then embarked on his own business venture in the building industry for 15 years for a variety of peninsula clients before transferring his skill to the real estate industry in 2011.
He attributes much of his success to fitness and disciplines learned in his much-loved sports including Karate, Aikido and Kenpo. His dedication to fitness also saw him win first place in a Southern States Bodybuilding competition, win third in the Victorian titles as well as competing in several martial arts tournaments.
Now in his spare time Adam pours his energy into his four locally-schooled daughters and a grandson, with whom he enters his German shepherd in prestigious dog shows.
