If you are a current tenant of ours and have a Maintenance Request for repairs to be carried out at your property, please feel free to download our Maintenance Request Form below.

Your form may be returned to our office, at 10 Gordon Street, Sorell or via email to your property manager.

Alternativeley you can email your maintenance request through to your property manager, please find your property managers email address in the tab "Our Staff".
