Therese Turner

Therese Turner is one of Western Sydney’s most experienced and versatile real estate professionals, having joined the business, which is now trading as Raine & Horne St Marys, in 1978.

A fully licenced real estate agent (LREA), Therese is a qualified strata manager, who joined the property firm after completing a business diploma at Blacktown TAFE.

Starting in administration, Therese is today highly valued for her role as a mentor to the staff, and is closely involved in the day-to-day running of the property management and strata management departments, in addition to the administration and accounts team. “I do a lot of problem solving,” says Therese. “The staff understands that I’m here to help if they need me, as there is not one task in the day-to-day running of this business that I have not been involved in over the past 37 years.”

In recognition of Therese’s value to the business, she was appointed Officer Manager in 1992. She was elevated to the role of General Manager and Co-Owner of Raine & Horne St Marys in 2012.

“Therese has been the guiding light for the office administration, the property management team and the strata management business,” said Raine & Horne St Mary’s Managing Director, Vince Turner, “She has groomed everyone who works here, pays the wages, looks after the accounts for our business, and our strata clients, as well as producing the end of month reports for the property managements.”

Therese, a bright and bubbly personality, is also renowned for her eagle-eye for detail. In 38 years, Raine & Horne St Mary’s accountant has never needed to qualify one item when auditing the firm’s books.

With a can do attitude, Therese will leave no stone unturned to ensure that every single vendor, buyer, landlord, property manager and strata client enjoys the very best level of service.
