Wentworthville is a suburb situated in Greater Western Sydney, 27km from the CBD, which is split between the local government areas of the City of Holroyd and the City of Parramatta. 

The suburb features an assortment of homes, units and villas. The neighbouring suburbs of South Wentworthville, Westmead, Pendle Hill, Parramatta, North Parramatta, Greystanes, Girraween, Toongabbie, Constitution Hill, Pemulwuy and Merrylands feature similar properties.

The suburb boasts a shopping mall, Woolworths and Aldi shopping complexes and a variety of other shopping facilities. 

Wentworthville’s education infrastructure includes state primary schools and private schools (Our Lady of Mt Carmel Primary School & Westmead Christian Grammar School). There is also a number of high schools for the City of Holroyd and the City of Parramatta.  

Wentworthville railway station is on the western rail line of the City Rail Network, with trains connecting west (Penrith, Blue Mountains and Richmond) and also through to the north shore. Wentworthville is roughly 35 minutes from Sydney CBD.  The area is also serviced by buses which are operated by HillsbusWestbus.

The suburb is served by Westmead Hospital, Westmead Private Hospital and The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. 

There are plenty of recreational facilities including swimming pool, library, parks, gardens and cycleways. There are also three golf courses in neighbouring suburbs including Cumberland Country Golf Club, Toongabbie Golf Club and Parramatta Golf Club.
