How to apply for a rental property

Step 1

You can obtain a copy of our rental application form at the property inspection, or you

can download one now below.

Step 2

Fill in all your personal informaton along with the applicable tenancy details and employment and income information. You will need to provide 100 points of identification as detailed on the form, including a drivers licence or passport.

Please remember all parts to the application need to be completed and also to sign where indicated in order for your application to be considered.

Step 3

To submit your application you can:

Please allow a few days for our property management staff to process your application and check your references.

Someone from our team will contact you to let you know the outcome of your application as soon as practical.

If you are the successful applicant, we will ask that you transfer a holding deposit of one weeks rent to secure the property.
