Property Manager

With a well structured team, we have an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. With the assistance of a Property Officer, you will be responsible for the day to day management of an established portfolio, using REST software. Duties will include, but not limited to, arrears management, trust accounting including end of month processes, repairs and maintenance, ingoing, outgoing and periodical inspections as well as generating leads and converting to new managements to grow the existing rent roll.

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager. You will have the ability to communicate with tenants and landlords in a professional manner and possess the integrity to reflect our reputation and ethics. 

You must have a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration, drivers licence and reliable vehicle. 

To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for delivering customer service, a desire to succeed, excellent communication skills and be a team player.
