Matt our Sales Principal is a fully licensed real estate agent & auctioneer with a strong belief that communication and transparency in dealing with the sale or purchase of someone's home is vital to its managed success. He is considered a real estate expert among colleagues and carries a diverse client base where he combines a wealth of experience and successes acquired over 18 years in property sales.

The support team includes, Kerry Rogers who capably acts as the Business Manager for the team and our administration team, junior receptionist Ella and administrative support, Nicole Attwood, will welcome you with a smiling face and provide excellent admin support to the sales and property management teams.

The Property Management team comprises of our talented Property Manager, Rachael Renfrew, who is passionate and knowledgeable about the northern Central Coast property market and is an expert in guiding landlords and tenants through the complete leasing experience. The PM team is also here to offer help, support and advice to landlords whether they are buying, selling or leasing property.
