Tracey began her Real Estate career as our receptionist in 1993 after moving from Sydney with her family - she quickly moved in to the role as our Property Manager in which she excelled for 8 years, progressing to the position as Office Manager. With the success of the business she was promoted to a newly created position as General Manager in which she was relied on heavily by the Directors to help with the running of two busy offices and 20 staff. Conversant now in all aspects of MYOB computer accounting she now works part time looking after the financial side of the business and is our longest serving employee.
