Grant Harris

Grant is a director of Raine and Horne Wagga Wagga and responsible for the Residential
sales department, Property management and Commercial leasing and sales.

Grant skills encompass management, marketing, consultation and negotiations. He is an excellent
communicator and adds value to all projects by applying innovative solutions and value management principles without compromising expectations.  Prior to this Grant was Commercial Negotiator in the Commercial division and part of the Property Management Department of Raine and Horne before becoming director.
Grants key accountabilities are client satisfaction, quality and profitability.
He has extensive experience in the design of marketing strategies and key deliverables ensuring the appropriate processes are followed and maintained. Grant is adaptable, versatile and can relate to people in all levels of business. He has a calm and patient character, pays attention to detail, and can identify the potential risks and find
the appropriate solutions.
Grant is well qualified, has excellent practical and managerial skills and is passionate about the Real estate industry. Maintaining productive working relationships with clients based on honesty and integrity drives him. He has a business degree in marketing, advanced property management certificate, Real Estate Licence & Auctioneer accreditation.
He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of real estate including Residential, Rural and commercial sales. He has strong organisational skills and develops a positive and energetic response from colleagues and clients alike.
As a Director of Raine and Horne Grant is a proven leader, is extremely motivated and displays a high level of commitment to all the projects he is involved in. Grant is an effective negotiator with an acute awareness of client management issues.
Grants time spent in real estate in Wagga has been both rewarding and enjoyable and he looks forward to servicing his clients to the best of his ability. Married to Kelly with four children Allie, Ethan, Eva and Austin, Grant is
committed to the Wagga Community, confirmed with his appointment to the Board of The Riverina Anglican College (TRAC) and in his spare time enjoys fishing, playing squash & cricket and spending time with family and friends.
