Introducing Joe...

A Wollongong local since the age of six, Joe was attracted to commercial real estate as he has great empathy for small businesses. His father was a builder, and his mother owned a hairdressing salon.

After leaving high school, Joe started an engineering degree at Sydney University in the late 1960s. However, the cost of his tertiary education forced him to take a break from his tertiary studies, and he got a job in the mining industry in Corrimal. While still in the mining industry, Joe dabbled in property development, building five townhouses in Corrimal.

The eclectic Joe returned to tertiary studies completing a BA in sociology, psychology, and languages at the University of Wollongong. He even won a place at the University of Sydney Law School. But he postponed his legal studies when an opportunity to open an independent real estate office was presented to him – and the rest is history.

Why can Joe help you achieve your property goals?

Joe’s real estate career started in 1985 and has encompassed all facets of the industry, including commercial and industrial sales and leasing. He can also lend a hand if you have a residential property to sell.

Having enjoyed an active involvement in some of the Illawarra’s most significant property transactions and leasing deals throughout his career, including the street record $8.1 million sale of a dual lot offering at 16-18 Market Place, Wollongong, Joe’s success is testament to his honesty, highly specialised market knowledge and superior negotiation skills.

Also, highly well-known in the local Italian community, Joe has a solid dedication to community work and, for many years, was on the board of the Marco Polo Aged Care Services at Unanderra, where he helped oversee the development of several nursing homes and age care centres.
