YOUR LOCAL AGENT FOR 25 YEARS

In this local market, where experience and reliability hold paramount significance, my unparalleled longevity and track record of achieving the highest sales results for my clients stand as a testament to my capabilities.

I genuinely love listing and selling property and will always treat your property as if it was my own.

Having navigated through virtually every facet of the real estate landscape over my decades as an agent, I possess the insight to protect your investment and ensure optimal outcomes.

At the core of my mission has always been the commitment to ensure the security of all parties involved in transactions, a principle that brings me immense gratification.

My aim is to give the best service to achieve the best possible outcome and to provide a stress-free enjoyable experience. My unrivalled 25 years of continuous service as an agent in the local area has finely honed my negotiation skills and given me experience that enables me to constantly achieve the best and highest possible results for my clients.  As the Principal Agent at Raine & Horne Wynnum Manly for nearly two decades, my role has been deeply rooted in this community.

Anything other agents promise they can do to sell your property with database, advertising, social media or marketing (based on cost) Raine & Horne provides tools & expertise so I/my team can do it ‘better’. I do not outsource, I write all my copy for advertising your home

Before my time as an agent, I spent nine years as a Building Consultant specializing in new homes. However, I regard my foundational training to have occurred during my earlier years in the beauty and hairdressing industry, an experience that honed my ability to truly "listen" to individuals.

With the responsibilities of being a mother to seven children, a grandmother to 18, and even a great grandmother to nine, life's complexities are well within my comprehension. This has equipped me with adeptness in managing challenges and resolving problems.

At age 54 I embarked on a transformative journey, gaining my recreational pilot’s licence and then set off 3,600 nautical miles around the heart of Australia (QLD, NT, SA, VIC, NSW) alongside five accompanying planes. I overcame my fear of flying and it was a challenging experience I will never forget.

I was honoured to be awarded a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International Wynnum Manly and also receiving the National Community Excellence Award 2022 and Local Community Excellence 2021 and 2022 from Raine & Horne for my contribution supporting the inaugural success of Tom Oliver’s 2020 Wynnum Fringe Festival.

This will be 4th year for Raine & Horne Wynnum Manly as Founding partner with Tom Oliver Productions and we are preparing for a bigger and better Wynnum Fringe Festival from Nov 15th – Dec 3rd and working now to exceed last year’s huge result paying $2.5m to aspiring and talented local & interstate musicians, artists and behind the scenes workers.

My passion has always been for people and my love of the local bayside area. I sponsor and support many of my fellow locals as well as the Wynnum Fringe Festival, I am an active member of Manly Dragon Boat Club and Pandanus Outrigger Paddle Club, an involvement that culminated in selection for the Queensland State team, competing at the National Titles. My son, Chris, sponsors and plays cricket for Action Sports Arena and we sponsor Social Mum’s Group & numerous other charities.

This reflects one of the ways I like to pay it forward.
