What is the role of a Real Estate agent? According to RH Ascot Vale’s Director Pat Latorre, at its core real estate is about connections; connecting a Buyer with a Seller or a Seller with a required service but perhaps most importantly, it’s about creating a connection between an Agent and their client. Like any partnership, the process does not work without the foundation of a good relationship. Coming from a place of deep sincerity built upon his naturally outgoing and warm personality, Pat truly considers all his clients to be a partner, working together towards a shared goal. After more than 2 decades in the industry teaming up with hundreds of different clients, this value is what underpins his approach as both a Real Estate Agent and an Office Director working within his team.

Pat says “I don’t look at each property listing as just a sale or rental, I like to consider the relationships I will form. I genuinely get a huge amount of enjoyment out of seeing goals realised and feel honoured to play a part in what can be such a pivotal time in a person’s life. I have often kept in touch with past clients and gained many long term friendships which is a reward in itself.” With almost 90% of his business consisting of either repeat or referral work, his commitment and ability to build and nurture an authentic rapport is evident.

With more than 20 years experience, he has been around to witness the many ebbs and flows, high and low interest rates and property booms or downturns, whilst being privy to all the insider commentary and various outcomes.
