Wendy Clothier is the Senior Property Manager in our Property Management Department, having joined Raine & Horne Blackwood in 2010.
Her positive and energetic personality have been instrumental in carving out a successful career as a Property Manager, and has given Wendy the confidence and professionalism required to lead the Property Management team.
Wendy’s commitment and loyalty to her customers, and ability to offer a quality service, helps her to achieve the personal satisfaction she receives from helping other people achieve their dreams.
Wendy has completed Certificate IV Property Services. She is committed to achieving the best service possible to clients and will endeavor to always act in their best interests.
Wendy is herself a home owner and investor, giving her the ability to understand, and seek the best possible solutions to any problem which may arise. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is prompt, efficient, helpful and very approachable, She has good communication skills which establish trust.

She has always been friendly, diligent, available, and has followed up queries and requests immediately. Her replies often come back late at night, on a weekend or on a public holiday. “ We have dealt with property management agents previously, and have been less than impressed. Previous experiences made us somewhat wary of engaging anybody to manage our property, and I will be honest when I say that we were reluctant to take this step when we first decided to rent our property. When we did engage R&H it was primarily because we needed to rent our property, not because we wanted to, and we only approached you (Wendy) as you were recommended by our mortgage broker. I think we have been pleasantly surprised at the service you have provided, over the last two years there have been minor things come up that have not gone smoothly, but that is to be expected and overall, things have gone well. “ Dear Wendy Max and I are very happy to give you feedback for your potential clients. We have worked with you for many years, firstly with our North Adelaide Property. When we were renting it out, the previous Agent did not seem to grasp the fact that we wanted tenants who would fit into the little “no through” court in which our house stood and act responsibly towards the few other residents and to our property. I was keeping my ear to the ground to see if I could get a competent Property Manager who understood this concept and strangely enough your name came up through a contact that my daughter had with Raine and Horne.
