What will you do?

Real estate agents are in the business of listing properties for sale and rent, in this role you will be pivotal in ensuring all of our marketing positions us as being the agency people want to work with. You will be across all of our systems and not only be competent with, but love the Apple Operating System. As a dual role within our agency you will need to be both proficient in administration but also highly creative and personable. As an all-rounder you’ll need to have initiative to recognise and deliver on an opportunity. You will also be encouraged to up-skill on a regular basis.

Your role with our team

Social Media Strategy

Working closely with the Director on brand campaigns, property marketing and running community events. You will improve our social presence and be instrumental in promoting social proof to our current and future clients.

 

Social Media Administration

Implementing and ensuring compliance within our Social Media networks.

 

Content Development

You will be working with the Director to create the content according to brand. You will create monthly briefs and Social Calendars that line up with our branding and property marketing, provide to the Director for approval and ensure they run smoothly.

 

Systems and Procedures

We have systems in place for our current business structure, but these will not get us to where we want to be. Your job will be to ensure our systems are well oiled and help speed up the decision process of the team, “will this get me to the next step according to our values”.

 

Brand Campaigns

Within this role you’ll be expected to assist the Director to implement our brand campaign for each period. If we don’t promote what we do, how will our clients know our services are available?

 

Customers/reception

You will be the “Chief Information Officer”, as we grow this role will be delegated to our newest team member for them to meet our clients and get to know how our office works. Don’t underestimate the importance of this role, they are often the first impression of our Business.

 

PM Overflow

When the heat is on, you will be supporting our PM Department with file processing. This will help them be more productive and will allow you a greater insight into how that facet of our business works.

 

App Stack

Have a better way of doing things, or know of software that could be beneficial in our office? This is all you. We have a stack of applications we use, most of them integrate together and talk to one another. You will be across all software and be the go to for support.

 

Sales Team Support

You will be the glue in our Sales Team. Our vision for Sales Agents is that they will no longer need to sit at a desk, all paperwork, documents, files and database updating will be performed by you.

 

 

What important skills/qualifications do you require?

/ Qualification in marketing/Media would be preferable but not necessary

/ Experience in Real Estate is desirable

/ A love of administration with an artistic flair is required

/ A desire to excel and constantly improve is non-negotiable

What can we do for you? The Finer Details

  • This role reports directly to the Director
  • A 6 month probation will apply.
  • We’ll work with you to ensure you have the appropriate equipment and software licenses.
  • Remuneration – Depending on your experience and qualifications, $40K-$55k +Super
  • This is a full time salaried position.
