We have started to see the number of listings increase for the 'Christmas Selling Period'. Now more than ever it is imperative when selling your home you have the presentation perfect and pricing correct for the current market. We are often asked, "won't buyers just make us an offer", unfortunately we have found the buyers are not looking at everything that they think looks good. They tend to research the market, compare properties online against each other and then also research what the property looked like and sold for previously. If they feel there is better value out there compared to yours, they will not even enquire on the property or even inspect. 

Herron Todd White property valuers recently released data that shows Bundaberg is at the bottom of the market cycle. This is great news for the property market, not because we have low prices but because for the most part, the sellers have weathered the storm and will start seeing blue skies. Remember if you are buying and selling in the same market, there is no real cause for concern.

As I mentioned earlier, there is an increase in the number of properties coming to market and we have many new properties coming up in the next week ranging from the entry level investment to lifestyle acreage with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 living spaces and pool.
