We would like to introduce our Sales Team - not just the people who are out there making deals, but the people behind those people, making it happen for the smiling faces you see at open homes.
The Fantastic Four
Meet Glenn, General Manager and Lead Agent.
Glenn has been in the real estate game since he was 18 and has been managing Raine & Horne Darwin since 2008. He has secured himself a fantastic team, of which he is incredibly proud to work with.
Glenn not only runs the business, he is hands on in property sales too. Together with his Personal Assistant and Sales Associates, Glenn ensures that there is always at least one hand on your listing file - your property is always getting the attention it deserves.
Meet Daisy, Personal Assistant to the General Manager.
A born-and-bred Territorian who has been Glenn's all-rounder & offsider since 2018, Daisy is a dedicated sales consultant, highly skilled administrator, and savvy property marketer. Her organisational abilities are what keep the ball rolling and Glenn's calendar in order.
Known for being able to throw a party, Daisy is often at the helm of our functions committee and when she's not knee-deep in projects for Raine & Horne, she's treating the office to professional-quality charcuterie boards & platters.
Meet Paige, Sales Associate to the General Manager.
Paige grew up destined for a career in Real Estate, following in the footsteps of many family members before her. She joined the team at Raine & Horne Darwin in 2018 as a part of the Property Management department and in 2020 was awarded Raine & Horne's National Property Manager of the Year.
Paige has since settled in to her role as one of Glenn's Sales Associates, helping him manage a number of listings and ensuring that you are being looked after during each step of your buying or selling journey.
Meet Mo, Sales Associate to the General Manager.
Mo followed his passions for people, property, and the Darwin community into the heart of the Sales team. He is fuelled by a desire to help Territorians take the next steps in their lives, be that buying their first home, purchasing an investment property, or selling to move on to the next phase.
Much like Paige, Mo works alongside Glenn, helping him manage a number of listings and ensuring that you are being looked after during each step of your buying or selling journey.
The Agents
Meet Adam, Property Sales Consultant.
Other than Glenn, Adam is the longest serving sales agent at Raine & Horne Darwin. After just shy of a decade, there isn't much about the Darwin market that Adam doesn't know - from CBD apartments to rural blocks, he has seen, sold, and loves them all.
Adam had over 20 years of sales experience prior to joining the team and still implements the same skills he learned in his first sales role, greeting every opportunity enthusiasm, integrity, and honesty.
Meet Sanj, Property Sales Consultant.
Sanjukta is a force to be reckoned with in the office and the industry as a whole. Her penchant for procedure is outshone only by her genuine love of people and community spirit.
Driven by evidence-backed processes and an emotional connection to every client and their property, Sanj believes in doing what it takes to get the best possible result for her vendors.
Meet Esti, Business Development Manager.
An often overlooked aspect of real estate sales is the sale of the company's services to potential clients. Estiaque's role is slightly different to the other agents on this list as is responsible for bringing on new properties to our rental pool.
With degrees in accounting, management, and marketing, Estiaque brings a unique and valuable skillset to the Raine & Horne Darwin team.
Behind the Scenes
Meet Andrew, Business Manager.
Andrew is the unsung hero who allows Glenn to be the agent he wants to be; without Andrew, Glenn would be completely tied up in the innermost workings of the company, never conducting an appraisal or negotiating a deal.
Andrew handles the day-to-day management of the business, including (but not limited to) curbing Glenn's lunch spending via budgets.
Meet Lauren, Business Support Officer.
Lauren escaped Sydney for Darwin's sunshine and joined us in 2022. She thoroughly enjoys the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry and partaking in the thrill of a successful sale.
Lauren is the secret backbone of the sales team. She is responsible for all of the nitty-gritty that goes into marketing and selling properties; ensuring all paperwork is processed and distributed, organising print & digital advertising, liaising with conveyancers, wrangling the agents into meeting deadlines, she does it all.
As you can see, there is more than just the agent you meet at the open home. There is a whole team of people working together to make that open home happen, with a common goal of getting the best result possible for the people they are working for - you.
