Customer Service Manager
Ella kicked off her career as a Virtual Assistant specializing in lead generation and customer service with Raine & Horne Darwin on August 2015. Before working with Raine & Horne, She used to teach online English to Chinese students from China and has been a Customer Service Representative in a BPO Industry for almost seven years which helped her developed her good communication skills and superb handling of different kinds of customers.
In 2016 & 2017, Ella joined Raine & Horne's "Awesome Conference" in Bali, Indonesia. With hardwork and determination, she's able to complete her monthly goals and targets. She's lowkey and fun when working but she always makes sure to fulfill and complete her tasks ahead of time. Ella accepts challenges and likes improving herself to become a better employee whilst enjoying her role.
Ella loves her position and is thrilled working with Raine & Horne Darwin. She looks forward to a bright future with Raine & Horne and will continuously learn and grow to be always competitive in her career.
