Mitch Elton

Mitch began her career in Real Estate in 1999 with Raine & Horne as an Administration Assistant, she was later appointed as a Property Manager that same year.

Mitch is passionate about Real Estate and believes that transparency and an eye for detail are crucial in the world of Property Management. One of Mitch’s strengths is her ability to communicate with people of all walks of life. She feels great communication is the key.

Over the years Mitch has received many awards and accolades for her work in Real Estate in the Northern Territory and is a well-respected trainer in the industry. Mitch has spent the last eight years working at the Real Estate Institute as the Training Manager however, has returned to Raine & Horne to head up the dynamic Property Management Team.
