Sheryl Brooker

Sheryl Brooker has been managing 2 properties for me since late 2007. Both properties are in Palmerston in the Northern Territory. When we initially met Sheryl I was very impressed with her communication skills and her knowledge of the property market. She assessed our houses thoroughly and took us through the procedure of renting clearly, answering all questions asked by us. She is a confident individual and we immediately felt our valuable asset was in good hands. 10 or more years later, I am still as impressed with her management skills. She always informs me promptly of any issues, maintains thorough regular inspections, which for me the owner, not living in the same state now, a blessing. I recently sold a property that I had been living in up to 2010. Sheryl managed that one for 6 years and as I walked through to check it’s condition and the end of the tenancy, it looked exactly the same as when I handed it to her, albeit a few minor knocks on a few corners. I would highly recommend Sheryl to any home owner considering renting their property, she is one of the best in the market.
