Tamika Andrews

Tamika moved to Darwin in 2019 for a change of scenery. She started in the real estate industry at 19 years old as a Junior Receptionist. She has experienced lots of different roles throughout her career so far, including Reception, Administration, Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager.

Tamika was awarded Raine & Horne Darwin’s Property Manager of the Year in 2022 and 2024, REINT Property Manager of the Year 2022 and REIA National Finalist 2023.

Tamika prides herself on being able to build positive working relationships between landlords and tenants with her kind, friendly and knowledgeable approach.
She understands that an investment property is an asset to the Landlord and how important it is to look after it and treat it like her own. 

Tamika loves Darwin for its laid-back lifestyle. She has recently become an NT homeowner herself and spends her free time enjoying the year-round warm weather, and the many things to see and do.
