INFINITY HUB CLOSER TO BIG OPENING | GREEN SQUARE REAL ESTATE

The Infinity by Crown Group precinct will be unveiling its residential and cultural hub around September. The $575 million project will garnish its luxury apartment, boutique hotel and multi-purpose convention centre with a double level food precinct. If you love eastern cuisine, you will enjoy the planned Asian eat street with Makoto Japanese sashimi and bento and the handmade Chinese noodles of Bashan.

Other highlights of the 20-shop dining hub are Butcher and the Farmer, which is a second venue following the success of the Tramsheds original at Forest Lodge and Social Society by Gabriel Coffee Roasters.

Below the food hub, the $7 million convention centre will hold up to 450 people and was designed by the same firm that did the Infinity Tower: Koichi Takada Architects.

Located where Bourke St, Botany Rd and Ebsworth St meet, the project is one of Sydney’s most eagerly anticipated and will hold a 90-room Sky Suites hotel, plus 326 residential apartments.
