During my childhood, my parents ran a small business. Having this exposure to the ins and outs of their working life a strong work ethic was instilled in me and taught me many valuable life and business lessons.
Firstly, I learnt that a business is only as good as the relationships that it has with its customers. When it comes to Property Management, everyone in our team has the ability to form close bonds with the people we serve. Developing strong relationships each day and helping the team around me to constantly find ways to exceed the expectations of our property owners and tenants is an absolute privilege and gives me a real buzz!
It’s all about getting the small things right for me. At home, I love making small tweaks around the house which over the long run, make it a better home & at work I love finding small areas that require improvement which over time, make the business run better. This is a big reason why I feel so at home at Raine & Horne Green Square; I am proud to contribute to a culture where we never settle for ‘good enough’ and are always striving for excellence.
