Since I entered the workforce, I’ve always worked in places where relationships are super important. I believe that people will never forget how you make them feel and in a service business, there are so many ways you can make people feel better. At every opportunity, I look for ways to do this for our clients and tenants by sparking a conversation, developing a relationship or changing a process to deliver the best possible outcome.
I’m a naturally inquisitive person (my friends will vouch for that!) and when it comes to our business, this means I question everything… why processes are a certain way, whether we can do things better, how we can achieve an outcome quicker. Combined with my love of people, this means I’m always striving to find ways to make our business better and our clients happier. I love seeing how seemingly small changes can make such a big difference!
I feel very grateful to work alongside such a positive and energetic group of professionals who share similar values to me. It’s hard to find a workplace where people are so open and real, but I’m fortunate to have found it. The care we have for each other well and truly extends to our clients and tenants; the second I met the team at Raine & Horne Green Square, I knew I had arrived at the right place!
