Strata Title Information

Do you live in a unit, apartment or a townhouse?  If you do; it may mean you also need to be aware of Strata Title and it’s rules.

Not only does this mean you need to abide by your lease agreement and the residential tenancy act; you also need to know the rules of the building, complex and common areas used by all residents.
