"Zero Tolerance" Arrears Policy
At Raine & Horne Kiama, we have Zero Tolerance for tenancy arrears!
Below is our arrears policy:
- Arrears between 3 & 7 days tenants will receive a reminder SMS
- Arrears between 7 & 13 days tenants will receive a reminder letter
- Arrears of 14 days and over tenants will receive a “Notice Of Termination”
These notices are marked on the tenants rent ledger therefore we encourage our tenants to avoid this as it will effect their rental history.
Tenants are advised of our arrears policy from the moment they sign their tenancy agreement and are also reminded of our polciy throughout their tenancy.
