A Word From The Director...
I remember back in 1999 doing an appraisal in Daly St, Kurralta Park, and while chatting away, the owner asked me how long I had been in real estate. In an overly enthusiastic voice I replied “Two weeks and I am loving every moment of it!” He laughed, and said that I was very honest, and he didn’t expect such a response from a real estate agent. I told him that I didn’t want to be like other agents, I wanted to be me. He said “With an honest attitude like that you will go a very long way in this business”, and it is something I have stood by and remembered ever since.
My own office in Kurralta Park has been a vision of mine since my very first year in real estate, and then in my 14th year in 2013, that vision became a reality.
Developing a partnership with our clients based on a deep level of understanding and knowledge which is more than one that ends when the property becomes sold, bought, or rented.
It is about being an indisputable trusted adviser with skilled expertise who is perceptive and understanding of others. It is about being highly communicative and keeping in touch on a continual basis. It is about past sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants having the ability, confidence, and knowledge that they can contact us on any real estate matter from asking a one off question, to asking specific advice, even though it may have been years since we've sold for them, they bought from us, or rented through us. It is about our current sellers having faith and confidence in us and entrusting us with the sale of their home, and us delivering what is expected and more. It is about old fashioned values that always have a place in a modern business world.
We like to think that we take real estate to a higher level, one where the outcome is determined by our dedication, enthusiasm, determination, integrity, and expertise, as well as a key component often missed – the ability to listen.
