Position Description

To ensure efficient and effective management of process, governance & compliance, leadership of our team as well as adopting & implementation of best in sector technology to achieve scale and growth.

You will inspire, encourage, monitor and mentor the team to success alongside the director and the leadership team.

The Operations Manager will mitigate risks for the agency and identify blockages and leakage with respect to customer experience and internal team experience.

The executive in this role will continually improve services, systems and standards in the agency and demonstrate initiate when working alongside the Managing Director and other shareholders to build a sustainable business model to thrive in the Real Estate Sector.

This individual will conduct team performance reviews, manage the recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and drive thorough onboarding to position our group as a recruiter or choice.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Attributes required

Current Registration or licence.
Current Drivers Licence.
No less than 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong customer service focus and skills.
Willing to take responsibility.
Ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
Human Resource management skills.
Great with systems and processes & proven ability to integrate and influence.
High level dispute and conflict resolution skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of relevant legislation.
