Maintenance Request

Under the Residential Tenancies Act and a strict policy of Raine & Horne Maroubra that all maintenance requests are submitted in writing before they can be acted upon.  Please print and complete the attached form and return to our office as soon as possible. 

Only urgent repairs will be accepted first informally but must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible.  Urgent repairs are a specialised form of maintenance and directly relate to basic issues of shelter and safety. Some examples listed below and detailed in your Tenancy Agreement:

  • Burst water service
  • Dangerous electrical fault
  • Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the property
  • Serious gas leak
  • Serious roof leak
  • Serious storm, fire or flood damage
  • Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure
