Ron Lyster, an experienced local real estate agent and property development manager will lead Raine & Horne Ellenbrook. Mr Lyster has switched to Raine & Horne from another leading real estate group.

Mr Lyster attributes his decision to join Raine & Horne to his developing relationship with the group’s senior executives. Mr Abbott provided the newest Raine & Horne principal with some advice about the management of his rent roll.

Real estate specialist Chris Hart, who started his stellar career with the 135-year-old firm in 2001, will lead Raine & Horne Fairfield.

A registered valuer and licenced real estate agent, Mr Hart has since worked in sales for several agencies in south-western Sydney, before establishing a business of his own in Revesby with one of Raine & Horne’s competitors in 2010. He subsequently launched a second office in 2015 in Condell Park with the same global network. Mr Hart is also a former TAFE teacher who was involved in teaching the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).

Mr Hart has won several major real estate awards, and in 2014 was recognised as one of the top 2% of his network’s sales agents worldwide. The new Raine & Horne Fairfield Principal also has commercial property market sales and leasing experience.

Led by one of Central Coast real estate’s foremost husband and wife teams, Geoff and Sue Tilden, Raine & Horne East Gosford’s leadership team will also include a former Westpac People & Culture Consultant Katie Tilden and marketing specialist, Kristian Bingham, who also enjoyed a stint in real estate with Raine & Horne Mosman in Sydney.

Mr Bingham has a Bachelor of Marketing from the Queensland University of Technology and Ms Tilden has a Masters of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Sydney University. Ms Tilden was recently named Raine & Horne’s 2018 National Rookie of the Year for Property Management, and she will lead the property management team at East Gosford, with Mr Bingham responsible for sales.

Sale aces Gary Verma and Terry Singh will lead Raine & Horne Craigieburn, with the dynamic duo switching to the 135-year-old global property firm after stints as agents with another real estate group. 

Mr Singh and Mr Verma have enjoyed successful careers in sales and recently added real estate to their resumes. The pair worked for another franchise group but in late 2017 decided to start a business.

The new Cowra office is led by former Raine & Horne sales whiz David Fagan, who was among the group’s best sales agents before launching into a stellar sales career in agriculture machinery and importing, and Ruth Fagan a Cowra Shire Council Councillor. Mr Fagan is also a successful auctioneer and a farmer and is well-known within the grain sector.

As part of establishing Raine & Horne Cowra, the Fagans secured ownership of a real estate office in Cowra that was aligned with another network. Raine & Horne Cowra has a staff of seven property professionals who will offer high-quality sales and property management services to Cowra, Canowindra, and Woodstock.

Real estate aces Jacqui Walker and Jason Read will lead Raine & Horne Coomera, which is located at 19C 31 Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera.

Ms Walker has an extensive history as a real estate principal and property manager since 2003, while Mr Read has worked as a sales agent with several independents and significant real estate brands over the past 17 years.

The newly minted business partners have been considering establishing their own real estate office for several years, according to Ms Walker, who will focus on property management, while Mr Read leads the sales team at Raine & Horne Coomera.

A former corporate accountant with property developer Multiplex, Ms Lin is the leading sales agent in Ultimo and Broadway. Her achievements include holding the top ranking for Broadway and Ultimo with domain.com.au, ratemyagent.com.au, and other property websites.

With over 15 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, Ms Lin, who began her property sales career in China, has worked with another leading network in Australia. Recognised as one of the network’s elite performance agents, Ms Lin was among the group’s leading principals in NSW in 2015.

Experienced local real estate professionals, Nina Sokolov, Slava Sokolov and Lara Rowell, are combining to return Raine & Horne to the prestige real estate markets of Palm Beach and Avalon.

The three directors joined forces two years ago with a combined wealth of experience and long history in the industry, individually specialising in residential and commercial sales, leasing, development, special projects and business sales.  

Ms Sokolov will lead the residential division at Raine & Horne Avalon Palm Beach, Mr Sokolov will head up property development and special projects and Ms Rowell, a former Raine & Horne employee, will continue to drive additional property services in the Avalon locale.

Raine & Horne Ascot is led by dynamic businessman Adam Duffus, who has extensive sales, real estate and retail experience. Apart from owning a successful independent real estate business in Toowoomba between 2013 and 2017, Mr Duffus owned and operated several Harvey Norman franchises in Queensland and New Zealand.

Raine & Horne Ascot will deliver sales and property management services Ascot, Hamilton, Clayfield, Nundah, Hendra and Wavell Heights.
