'Not Your Average Agent'

I still remember a time in the early 70's when The Bay was just a little fishing village and the kids rode horseback in the streets and everyone knew you by first name. My family had the original 'Anchorage' Marina on Dutchman’s beach in the early 1970's. It no longer exists but my memories of those times do....I am amazed at the changes that have taken place since then to make it the Tourist hub that it is today.

As a child I have ridden my horses, played, swam and frolicked safely over every entire inch of this beautiful Blue Water Paradise that we are lucky enough to call home.

I started my career in Real Estate when I was only 16, at 18 I was one of the youngest Licensed Real Estate Agents in Sydney, where I had a career in the St George and Sutherland Shires under the guidance of American World Hall of Fame recipient Scott Gibbons, recognised as possibly one of Australia's greatest ever real estate salespeople.

I have personally purchased and sold over 16 properties in my lifetime and have been involved with large developments with my then husband who was a prominent property developer so I know what it feels like to be on both sides of a real estate transaction.

After a break from the industry to have my young son, I worked for a prestigious Advertising company which gave me an insight into the world of marketing and advertising. I returned home to the Bay 19 years ago and resumed my career in Real Estate, driven by a passion to share the beauty of living in Port Stephens with any prospective purchasers and the benefit of my in-depth knowledge in both marketing and real estate to assist Vendors achieve the highest price, as stress free as possible.

I believe, as Agents, we are paid a lot of commission for selling your home and my belief is that we should work very hard to earn it. To me, that means I am on call around the clock. I have a sound knowledge of property and I communicate constantly with both Vendors and Purchasers, all delivered with a BIG smile, mixed with good old fashioned service.

I have been told I am 'not the average agent' and this is a label I am very proud to wear.
