Rachel is an authentic and candid Business Development Manager who provides trustworthy advice to help property owners achieve the most from their investment.
Born and Bred in Sydney, Rachel moved her family to Port Stephens in 2008. With an extensive background in Corporate Marketing and Sales, Rachel naturally applied these skills to a new career in Real Estate.
Rachel undertook a Real Estate Sales Traineeship and worked in the Sales Department of a local agency for 3 years. She then broadened her skills by taking on a Senior Property Manager role on a large portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties. The natural progression from this experience was Business Development Manager with Raine & Horne Nelson Bay.
This combination of sales, marketing and real estate skills ensure that she provides no nonsense, sound financial advice to property investors with a flair for improving the quality of your property to achieve the best outcome.
Rachel manages and supports the Permanent Rental and Holiday Rental team and takes a hands on approach to all facets of Property Management.
